By submitting a loan eligibility request on lendmebear.com, you authorize Cash Loans Bear and its lending partners to obtain and review your credit information. This Credit Authorization Notice explains how your credit information may be accessed and used.

1. Soft Credit Inquiry (No Impact)

When you check your eligibility through our Site, we and our lending partners may perform a "soft" credit pull (also called a soft inquiry) to assess your potential eligibility. Soft inquiries do NOT affect your credit score and are not visible to other lenders on your credit report.

2. Hard Credit Inquiry

If you choose to proceed with a specific lender's offer, that lender may perform a "hard" credit inquiry as part of their formal application process. Hard inquiries may affect your credit score and will appear on your credit report. Hard inquiries only occur with your explicit consent.

3. Credit Reporting Agencies

We and our lending partners may obtain credit reports from one or more of the following consumer reporting agencies:

  • Equifax Information Services, LLC
  • Experian Information Solutions, Inc.
  • TransUnion LLC
  • Other consumer reporting agencies as permitted by law

4. Information Shared

When you submit a loan request, the information you provide — including your name, address, Social Security Number, income, and employment details — may be shared with lenders to obtain your credit report and assess your eligibility.

5. Your Rights Under the FCRA

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to:

  • Receive a copy of your credit report from each agency (visit AnnualCreditReport.com)
  • Dispute inaccurate information on your credit report
  • Place a fraud alert or security freeze on your credit file
  • Receive notice if adverse action is taken based on your credit report

6. Authorization

By using our Site and submitting your information, you provide your authorization for Cash Loans Bear and its lending partners to access your credit information as described above. You may withdraw this authorization by contacting us, though withdrawal may not affect inquiries already made.
